Atelier Interactive Acrylics

I attended a workshop for the Atelier Interactive Acrylics today. I really enjoyed the workshop thanks to Jennifer the resident artist for Chroma.

This sample we did was half with the Binder Medium half without. You can see the side with the medium did not absorb into the paper which made it easier to lift the color out compared with no binder.

This is the modelling compound. A very thick white paste to give texture to your painting.

If I were using any other acrylic once it was dry that would be it. We used the Binding Medium over the image that sealed it. Then we used Atelier Acrylic over the top of the whole image and let it dry. We sprayed water over the top and just lifted off the color allowing us to bring back the image.

These are only a few of the things we tried today. I really loved the texture of the paint very buttery and thick like oils. I all so liked how you can keep reworking the paint all day. There were several different mediums we tried. If you have the opportunity to try the Atelier Interactive Acrylics you might be pleasantly surprised.

  1. Throughout the session, ShopBot’s Sallye Coyle worked with iWORKS software operator Eduardo to be sure that|ensure that|make certain that} he understood the way to|tips on how to} preserve the ShopBot on his personal. ShopBot offers a subscription CNC service in select US states. This was appealing to Troy and Josh since they moisture-wicking underwear were uncertain if this new business would take off.
